The Law Of Attraction Works
For You (If You Work it)

The Law of Attraction works, it always does! And it works for you if you do your part.

Yes, I was a skeptic, too, but now I do know that trusting the Law of Attraction is important, because it works both for you and against you, depending on your beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and actions. And it works, whether you believe in it or not.

What Does This Mean Exactly?

First of all, it's important to understand what this all means when we say that the Law of Attraction works. Well, you probably know by now that the Law of Attraction is a belief that "like attracts like". If you focus on positive or negative thoughts and things, you will get exactly that. It's based on the idea that our thoughts are made of pure energy, and like energy will automatically and always attract like energy.

I've heard Joe Vitale give a very practical example of two people opening envelopes: One expected to find a bill and when he did open, his worst fears were confirmed. The person who expected a check got exactly that. So this stuff works, right?

How Does the Law of Attraction Work?

Success doesn't only mean having an idea and focusing on it. It involves more than that, otherwise we would have people succeeding in almost everything.

For example, a person who is deeply in debt focusing all his thoughts and emotions on getting money by the evening to clear them all and then sitting down for things to roll themselves. Well, it doesn't work that way. It involves bringing all your thoughts and emotions into focus and working on achieving your desire.

Usually, it requires strong desire and motivation.

Also, you must be willing to use the opportunities that come your way in a positive way to change your life. At the same time, you must be willing to take action when it's required, you can't just expect your desires to come true out of the blue. There must be some kind of effort from your part to make your dreams come true. However, this law works in a beautiful way when you work in harmony with it.

You have to take action to do what is required to achieve your dreams. But most likely, it feels like effortless, inspired action, because you're in alignment with the universe, and you feel good while taking action.

Creative visualization is a very important part of the Law of Attraction, but you can't just visualize and then wait for miracles to happen... Well, of course you can, but if it were only a matter of visualizing and a miracle would happen without you lifting a finger, the lazy people who just sit and wait for things to happen would be very successful, right? The Law of Attraction works for you if you do your part, but it's no Santa Claus.

Besides the right kind of beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and actions, this requires commitment and persistence. There will likely be some roadblocks on the way, but you can't give up. Not if you truly want to achieve your dreams. 

If you still find it hard to believe that the Law of Attraction works, then there's something you may be doing wrong. You might think positively, but there are still some unconscious, limiting beliefs, values and habits within you that are not in line with this law?

So if you want to achieve something, having an idea or a desire is one thing. However, it's not enough to have it written down, you have to get both your conscious and subconscious mind to work in harmony with this law. You have to create a symphony between your conscious and subconscious mind, between your beliefs, desires, habits, goals and visions. The desire has to be emotionalized and rooted in your subconscious mind so that it's easy for you to take inspired action. This way every part of you will work towards the fulfillment of the goals that you have set for yourself. This is how the Law of Attraction works.

So the Law of Attraction works for you when you

  • strongly believe in your dreams

  • focus your thoughts and energy towards it

  • feel good about it

  • take inspired action upon it

  • are persistent, and stay committed to your goals. 

Otherwise, you may get frustrated trying to focus your energy on something only to find out that the outcome is not what you hoped for.
