How To Raise Your Vibration

Practice how to raise your vibration so that you can feel really good whenever you want, and thus be able start manifesting the things you desire. Know how you can feel the feelings of love, joy, gratitude and peace. 

According to the Law of Attraction, you attract into your life things, events, and circumstances that match your vibrational frequency.

This universal law can also be called the Law of Vibration.

There are many great ways that you can learn how to raise your vibration to align yourself with the universe and make the Law of Attraction work for you.

Decide and know what you want.

If you know what you truly want out of your life, it makes your thinking clear and focused. But, if you focus on what you don't want, then you're vibrating at a very low level, and you feel like you're not going anywhere. When you know what you want, think it like " I want this or something better". Trust the universe.

Be specific, but not too specific. For example, if you're looking for a partner, list the qualities you want your partner to have. Don't insist that it be a certain person, because then you limit your opportunities to meet a better match for you. The universe says that "your wish is my command", and gives you that specific person, and that might end up being a bad relationship. Or, if you'd like to have a certain job, that job might be the worst job you've ever had. Rather describe the kind of job you want.

If you're focusing on just one way of manifesting your dreams, you're missing all the other options that the universe is trying to give you. So be careful what you wish for.

If you're not yet getting what you want, don't give up on your dreams. The universe may be telling you that it has something better for you or that you're not ready for it yet.

Be grateful.

Make gratitude your daily practice. Every day, write down at least five things you're grateful for. You can have a specific gratitude journal for this purpose.

Raise your vibration by being grateful for the things you already have and for the things that are about to come into your life, that is your goals.

The last five minutes before going to sleep are very important, because what you think and how you feel before falling asleep goes into your subconscious mind, and you wake up with those things in your mind.

It's important that these things are different every day so that your mind is looking for something new to be grateful for every day. Of course, it's uplifting to do a mental gratitude list many times a day, while driving, exercising etc.

Choose your thoughts and feelings.

It's always about what's going on in your mind about the situation you're in. It's about how you react or respond to that situation.

Even very bad things have something good in them, although it's usually very difficult to see and accept it at that given moment. Eventually, something good is going to come out of that bad situation. And there's always a reason for everything that is happening in our lives.

You do have the power to choose how you think and feel.

This is an example of a long-standing bad experience from my own life:

My Mom was an alcoholic. I had been witnessing her drinking ever since I was six years old. Even though she had a lovely personality, her destructive lifestyle led to her getting involved with people with the same kind of problems. Misery loves company, right? Well, she was murdered when I was in my 20's. My very first reaction was the feeling of relief, meaning that I didn't have to worry about her anymore. Of course, it all was devastating, and I felt terrible for a very long time.

It's difficult to know how to raise your vibration in a situation like that. However, I slowly began realizing that even though she wasn't physically here anymore, my own life on this planet wasn't over yet, and I had to move on. She chose to drink and chose the wrong kind of people around her, not wanting any help, and there was nothing that I or anybody else could do about it.

Today I can honestly say that I'm grateful for the many lessons I've learned along the way. Many wonderful things and people have come into my life ever since.

So every cloud does have a silver lining.

For example, if you're having problems in your relationship, and your wife or husband is about to leave you, of course you may be feeling very bad. But you never know what finally could be the silver lining in a situation like that.

You may choose to think that it could be the best thing that ever happened to you, and the universe has someone better for you. You have the power to choose to think and feel that no matter how bad a situation may seem, something great is gonna come out of it. Know that you can learn how to raise your vibration in any situation.

Choose your friends carefully.

Hanging around negative people who gossip, complain about everything and are often in a bad mood is affecting you in a negative way. It can be hard to know how to raise your vibration in that kind of company. If you happen to recognize yourself behaving like that, cut it off right away, because according to the Law of Vibration, you're attracting to you people who vibrate at the same level as you.

It's always best to surround yourself with people who make you feel good. People who are positive, and who are doing great things in their lives. 

I once asked Bob Proctor that what about negative people who I have to see every now and then, such as certain relatives. His answer was plain and simple: "Don't go there as often, and don't stay as long."

Become aware of your limiting beliefs so that you can release them.

If there's any area in your life that's not working for you, I'm sure you have limiting beliefs around that area, you have the wrong kind of programming in your mind. 

Listen to yourself, what negative stories are you telling to yourself about yourself and your chances in life? The universe is responding to your feelings and beliefs, telling you that "Your wish is my command".

When you become consciously aware of your harmful beliefs, then you can change them. You can't change something that you're not aware of.

For example, you can choose to have new thoughts and beliefs as follows:

"Nobody will ever love me, because I'm too old and/or overweight."
Your new belief: "I will meet my ideal partner at any age, at any weight."

"It's hard for me to make money." Your new belief: "Money flows to me freely and easily."

Accept things the way they are.

It doesn't mean that you're giving up on something. Knowing how to raise your vibration means just that you're seeing things the way they are. You're not resisting. If you're resisting, you're not going anywhere. Remember, "what you resist, persists".

For example, if you don't have a lot of money, or you have a lot of debt, think of it as neutral. It is the way it is now, it's not good, it's not bad, it just is. You can't change something until you accept it.

After you've accepted the situation as it is, you can move forward, raise your vibration and start looking for solutions.

Let go of your negative past.

Holding on to your negative life experiences in the past is affecting your present and your future, but your past doesn't have anything to do with them. Your past exists only in your mind. All you have is the present moment. When the future arrives, it's the present. 

For example, if your ex has cheated on you, and you haven't let it go, it will affect your future relationships. If you move on and meet someone new and think that this person will also cheat on you, then there's no chance in this new relationship. No matter how much you love this new person, you've already put negative energy in the relationship by assuming that this person will act like your ex.

You can never learn how to raise your vibration if you're holding on to your negative past, so do your best to release it.

How to raise your vibration more permanently?

Forgive in your heart to everybody who's ever done something wrong to you. 

Feeling resentful and not forgiving is a very low vibration state.

It may be hard to get, but you're only hurting yourself if you don't forgive, you're not hurting that other person.

For a long time, I felt very resentful towards my Mom's murderer. It was extremely hard for me to keep myself calm in court. Then I started realizing that he couldn't care less if I hated him, I was only making myself more miserable by feeling strong feelings of anger and hatred.

"When you don't forgive, it's like you drinking rat poison and expecting the rat to die."

Visualize your future as if it's already here.

Visualizing your future is a great way to raise your vibration, because you get excited of all the things that are waiting for you around the corner. To imagine them as if they're already here you can daydream, listen to some powerful visualization meditations, make your own vision boards, do a visualization exercise, watch your own mind movies... whatever feels good to you. 

How to raise your vibration through creative visualization

Raise the energy in your environment.

Create a sacred place in your home or office. It can be anything that raises your vibration, such as high vibration music playing in the background, an inspiring screensaver in your computer, crystals, or candles. Also, when your home and office are organized and tidy, it's bound to raise your vibration.

Connect to Source.

Connect to something that is greater than you. You can call this Source whatever feels best for you, such as your Higher Self, the Universe, God, or Supreme Being, for example.

You can do it by having some quiet time for yourself through meditation, prayer, or spending time in nature. Exercising and even eating high vibration food are also great ways to connect to Source and practice how to raise your vibration and energy.

When you're connecting to Source, it's likely that you get solutions to your challenges.

Always come from a place of love.

Anytime you're about to react to something in a negative way, think what you would do if you came from a place of love. For example, somebody is acting in a very irritating way, and you're about to start yelling at this person.

What would you do, if instead of anger, you felt only feelings of love at that moment? Coming from a place of pure love is a sure way to practice how to raise your vibration.
