Discover easy ways on how to be happy at this very moment. So many people don't realize that it's actually quite simple. After all, it's happiness that most of us are after.
Learning about happiness is important for being able to create wonderful things in all areas of your life.
I use a very simple piece of advice that many teachers of the Law of Attraction always say:
"Be happy now."
Sometimes, all it takes is to move yourself a little. Jump!
I know, you may think that it sounds totally absurd, that you can't just be happy if something bad is happening in your life, right? Believe me or not, but you can. Let me explain.
Are you happy? And what does it actually mean, what is happiness anyway?
Some may say that it's the opposite of sadness, but I disagree. They are just two sides of the same coin. Happiness is a joyous feeling, full of excitement, it's a state of mind. When you're happy, you're not bored. And when you're bored, you don't feel excited at all, right?
You can feel happy regardless of your current circumstances or how much of something you have, even if you have very little.
You can learn how to be happy, and you can be happy for no reason.

If you tend to focus on the negative experiences of the past, instead of learning how to be happy in the now, it can really make you feel a victim of the circumstances. Too many people do this.
Everybody's got some kind of junk and negative experiences in their past, but remember this:
The past has no life of its own, unless you give it one by replaying it in your mind. It doesn't exist. The future is not here yet, either. So, stop thinking about the things of the past that make you feel terrible, and don't worry about the future.
Remember that you always get back to you the parallel of how you're feeling. You see, getting unhappy takes the same amount of effort as getting happy, so wouldn't you rather use your energy focusing on the good, happy feelings and things?
As happiness is the root cause of all success, decide now that you can be happy for no reason.

It is possible to improve your mood and happiness with your positive thoughts. You can do little things to change your state of mind.
You can choose to be happy now, because only this moment exists. It's how you choose to think about the things around you, it's about your attitude towards things.
Actually, nothing is good or bad in and of itself, but everything's neutral. You give the meaning to all things around you by how you feel about them.
Whatever things make you feel happier, know that this kind of thinking shifts your frequency for the better immediately.
Think about the things that are well in your life, the things you enjoy and love.
What makes you smile now, what makes you happy and thankful right now?
Is it perhaps your loving family, amazing kids, this unique life of yours, friends, great weather, your home, awesome memories of a wonderful vacation...? When you make yourself smile, you can only feel good. :-)

Keep a journal and write down those good things in your life. Of course, you can make a mental list and go through it in your mind, even several times a day. But, it's often better to write down the things you're happy and grateful for, because it helps you attract happiness.
Use the "fake it till you make it" idea to learn how to be happy. Make believe. For attracting happiness, you need to start feeling good and tune in the positive frequency, because it's your feelings that determine your vibration.
A good way for attracting happiness to you is to send happiness to other people. The more happiness you put out, the more you receive. You can do it anywhere and to anybody. Yes, even to complete strangers. And they don't even have to know about it. :-)
For example, you are walking on the street, and you see people passing you by. You secretly wish them happiness. You wish they also knew how to be happy right now. When you do that from the bottom of your heart, you start feeling wonderful, you feel the good vibrations going through your whole body, and this way you attract happiness to yourself.
Think of how you serve others, and then you feel strong. Can you feel how strong you're feeling right now as you're imagining this happening?
Of course, these methods, just like anything else, become more effective when you practice them regularly. Learn how to be happy in the now, and realize that feeling happy is basically very easy and contagious. Try it for about 30 days in a row, and see it for yourself. :-)
As long as you're going toward happiness by doing the things that make you happy, you're going in the right direction.
Happiness causes overall success. Make sure that you have thoughts and feelings of happiness more often than not.
