You can heal your life.
When i first opened up the book it captivated me and i found it incredibly hard to put down. Not only is it filled with self help exercises and tips, but a ton of motivation. Before i started reading this book i had a pattern of negative thinking without even realizing it. Once i had read this book it completely changed my mind set and made me feel at ease about a variety of things. As soon as i started reading it, i started to apply her self help lessons and tips to my everyday life, and felt a wave of positive energy instead my usual pessimism. I also made it a point to say some of her mantras daily, and practice the law of attraction and positive thinking. I feel as if this book has increased my awareness and made me appreciate the little things in life. A really cool thing about this book is the list in the back of the book listing some physical problems that could be related to your emotional state. All in all this book has been beyond beneficial for my well being.
