Is there something that's holding you back? The Sedona Method is a powerful technique for letting go of any emotional blocks you may have.
Most of us feel that we're held back by something. It can be financial worries, health concerns, negative feelings about our past experiences or relationships, for example. This is based on believing that we're separate, which creates a feeling that we're not enough as we are. The feeling that "I'm not enough as I am" is very harmful.
The Sedona Method is not about changing who you are, it's about letting go of the things that appear to be in your way and prevent you from fully living your life.
If you're carrying a heavy burden from the past, you re-experience those negative experiences over and over again. As you let go, you can learn from that negative experience, but you can get rid off the pain and suffering so that you can move on in your life.
This technique has helped a lot of people become free. They feel like they don't need to worry about anything anymore, and they finally have peace, happiness and joy in their lives. Some experience that this technique has changed their whole life for the better. More than half of the teachers in The Secret movie also use this technique.
"To the mind that is still, the whole universe surrenders."
- Lao Tzu
With The Sedona Method, you can improve your health and well-being, relationships, wealth, and overall success.
This technique is made up of a group of simple tools. One of these tools is called "welcoming".
It's allowing whatever you're feeling to be in this moment, but that's not what we usually do. We usually push life away, we hold our feelings back. Then we feel overwhelmed. But, if we just simply open and allow our feelings to flow, they pass right through us, so there's no place for them to stick.
Hale Dwoskin introduces a 3-part process called "triple welcoming".
1. welcoming the issue, the thoughts, the feelings, the beliefs, the memories, anything that's holding you back
2. welcoming all you wanting to do something with it; you wanting to change it somehow, and
3. welcoming any sense that it's personal. That it's about you or who you are. When you do this, you'll find that you let it go naturally.
View the whole movie imagining that you're one of the participants, and get actively involved in this process. Think of something that you want to change or improve in your life.
As you do releasing, as you welcome what is, do it with your heart. Keep an open mind and an open heart. This whole process can make a huge difference in your life.
"You cannot solve a problem from the same level of consciousness that created it."
- Albert Einstein
In the movie, Hale Dwoskin gives a simple, eye-opening, and even hilarious demonstration with a pen about letting go of your emotional blocks.
The Sedona Method allows you to discover who you truly are, and to let go of everything inside of you that's holding you back.
The key to all this is letting go and allowing yourself to be that what you already are.
Do you often think of your life in terms of "if onlys"? The more you let go of wanting, the more you feel like you have, and the more you manifest in your life. The Sedona Method shows you that feelings are just feelings, they are not facts, they're not you, so you can let them go.
You can ask yourself if you could let that negative feeling go, would you do that, and when will you do that? If you could and would, then go ahead and do it.
This method is created by Lester Levenson, and it is beautifully introduced in Hale Dwoskin's Letting Go movie.
