Joseph McClendon III's H Factor seminar is about Enhanced Effectiveness Through Happiness. This one-day seminar introduces you to Joseph's "Further Faster" H Factor strategy. You determine what your personal H Factor is, and you learn how you can get further faster in your personal and business life. Your success is inevitable, if you do the physical, mental and emotional rehearsal consistently.

At Joseph's H Factor you learn to


  • systematically pinpoint the areas in your life that would most benefit from enhanced skill and effectiveness with regard to your own activities and actions.

  • replace those elements with ones that empower and elevate your psychology.

  • adjust your mindset and skill level from the inside out.

  • condition the new behavior until it's a natural, self-initiated default of your personality and behavior routine.


The H Factor, like any other enjoyable seminar with Joseph, contains a lot of movement, dancing, having fun, and practicing the things that he teaches.

Throughout the H Factor seminar, Joseph McClendon III teaches profoundly about effectiveness, passion, thiefs, beliefs, actions vs. activities, and distractions.


Joseph teaches how to do a neuro, psycho, and physical shift where you deliberately rehearse a predetermined set of images and movements with the express outcome of creating a habit of defaulting to resourceful emotions. The H Factor is about deliberately placing a specific set of resourceful emotions into your nervous system. 


Joseph has made up a term called happlittude, which is an automatic default attitude of consistent happiness. And Joseph himself is indeed an outstanding example of a very happy person.

Happiness


You're most effective when you're focused, in the zone, not distracted, feeling good and enjoying yourself. You're optimistic and certain. That's called being happy.


That zone is happy, and happiness is a feeling.

Your feelings determine what you do and have.

And you have an untapped well of happiness.

Happiness is the emotional state of being where your focus and psychology are optimistic.

Your internal and external conversations are positive, and your physiology is up and erect.



What sustains happiness?


The emotional state of being where your expectation and anticipation of a future event or experience is excited and joyful.



What really makes us do what we do?


All emotions are manufactured and can change in an instant.


If you're given a strong enough reason WHY, you will do amazing things and create amazing results in an amazingly short time.


Joseph McClendon told an example that clearly describes the reason why you would and would not do something. I don't remember exactly how the story goes, but the point is this:


Would you go inside a burning house if you knew you had a lot of money there, let's say $5000? You'd be risking your life to save that money. Well, most likely you wouldn't do that, because the money is not that important to you.


What about if you knew that your child or someone else you love were inside the burning house? Now you would go inside, because you'd have a strong enough reason why to do that.



Dreams vs. Visions


Dreams may be temporary, flexible, and they may change.


Your vision, however, is a specific, detailed and definite outcome that you have in your mind. You experience it often with emotional intensity, and eventually it becomes an unquestioned belief.
