The movie is Forrest Gump. It's a wonderful romantic-comedy based on a book with the same name by winston groom. The main actor is Tom Hanks who performed extra-ordinarily in the role of Forrest Gump.
It's a movie which gives a good feeling to everyone who watches it. It shows us that every person can overcome difficulties and grow up in life if they want to. Forrest Gump once gets out of his leg braces as he tries to escape from the attack of his school mates. he then discovers that he could run really really fast. This has made me think how successful we can be if we can break out of our problems which are like clutches holding us tight.
Despite being below-average at intelligence, Forrest still gets a scholarship and gets into American Football team for his fast running capability. He gets into Army and witnesses a war. He saves his colleagues during the war and learns ping pong at the hospital. He's like ever enthusiastic without even knowing it. It showed me how being in the flow of life can make you alive. Just hang on to life and be good, greatness would follow.
Later, Forrest founds a shrimp company in the memory of his friend at Army. He contributes profit from it to the family of his dead friend. Again, he is not that intelligent but he just tried to be honest and fair. Success followed him just like it would follow any person with the above traits.
Finally, he gets married to his childhood love and finds his son after separation.
The movie inspired me to be simple and honest. Be fair to everyone you meet and bring a smile to other's face. The message is simple but groundbreaking.
