Biography of Benjamin Franklin

by Daiquan
(United States)

The autobiography of Benjamin Franklin was surprisingly very inspirational to me. I didn't think I was going to get anything out of reading it, as it was an assigned reading for my college history class. I knew that I had to write a thorough summary and review of it so I actually took the time to really try to understand what was going on. As I continued to read the biography I noticed a pattern about Benjamin Franklin. He was never satisfied with anything. Nothing really made him content.

Because of this non stop ambition he was able to accomplish a plethora of things. It showed me that there is no point in stopping just because I'm getting close to my goals. Even when I achieve my goals I will just make more so I can give my life a greater meaning. Maybe I'll accomplish something nobody has ever done before. No matter what, I'm going to just keep making progressive steps.
