Attitude Of Gratitude -
Appreciate What You Already Have


When it comes to living a happy, healthy life, you have to have an attitude of gratitude, that is you have to appreciate what you already have in your life. Since appreciation and gratitude run hand in hand, it is easy to achieve both of these. All you have to do is slow down and think about it.



Start a Journal


Sometimes we are so used to having what is already in our lives that we forget that a lot of people are without it. One way to live a life with an attitude of gratitude is to start an appreciation journal or a gratitude journal. Studies show that if you are to write down five things you appreciate before bed, you not only sleep more soundly, but you are also grateful to have what you've got. You can always look back at this journal when you are feeling down and, of course, add to it when you appreciate it. This will lead to gratification, in turn bringing more good into your life, by using the Law of Attraction.



Allow the Shift


The transition from appreciation to gratitude can be simple if you just allow it to happen. However, to do so, you have to first live life in the present and enjoy it. To live a life full of both appreciation and gratitude, you have to let go of the past and negative energy. When you put negative energy into the Universe, you will get that in return. Therefore, you should always focus on the good vibes. Allow yourself to make the shift and try only to live in the present.



What Do Appreciation and Attitude of Gratitude Feel Like?


Gratitude and appreciation feel alike. They give you a full feeling, full of happiness, love, joy, all the things that are good in your life. Gratitude is a feeling that comes from the heart. From the look on a person's face to the tone that reacts to receiving what they have obtained, that all can be measured into the gratitude that they are expressing. If it is something that you want to give, it is something that should be genuine, not something that is forced. However you choose to display your gratitude, or lack thereof, the Law of Attraction will play its hand into your game. That is what it feels like to be grateful, to appreciate what you have, and be open to allowing more to come to you.


Showing a great deal of gratitude can be simply shown by following one rule: be humble. Humility can take you places that you have never imagined that you could go to. The thing with humility, like gratitude, you have to be honest about it. Show the world your appreciation for the things you have and live happy. Be the one that sets the example.


When it comes to appreciation, you soon will be grateful as well. It all starts with appreciating and giving thanks for what you already have.
